Subject Matter Expert
After a successful role as a travel counselor,
I've chosen to be a Subject Matter Expert. An SME is in charge of preparing new
waves of trainees after the training period to hit the floor, in a phase called
"Nesting Period". My role includes: 1) recapping all info needed for
new agent either on the product knowledge level or customer engagement level,
2) raise the awareness of being committed to the quality guidelines, 3) stress
on the importance of "Voice Of Customer" (VOC), 4) make sure from sticking
to the contact center policies.
